There were small problems with the substitutions at the beginning, but Ms. Suffner always had an open ear and was always there to help and advise us in all situations!

Ms. Suffner gave us very good advice, is friendly and competent and takes care of all our concerns very promptly. She really is a great contact person! You have to differentiate between the caregivers, you can be lucky or unlucky and of course it also depends on the "chemistry" with the person you are looking after. Due to our personal situation, we only had a Polish supervisor twice in a row, and both times were ok with some restrictions. But overall we were satisfied!

Problems were solved as quickly as possible and unbureaucratically.
Unfortunately, in 2 years of working with Ms. Suffner and Ms. Wronska, it was not possible to find caregivers who were up to their task in caring for my father.
But this is a point that is definitely not up to the two ladies of Pflegehelden Oberhessen.
If it were, our collaboration would not have lasted as long as it did.
