Competent caregiver for seniors who do not want to live in a retirement home. We are very satisfied with our new caregiver from Poland. She is very sensitive and understands German very well. She takes care of all the household tasks together with my mother very carefully and there is really nothing to complain about

We were recommended the Polish caregiver and since the new caregiver arrived, my mother is much happier. She laughs more and has more joie de vivre because there is always someone with her and she simply feels in safe hands. The new caregiver is a real gem and I can only recommend this company to anyone

Mr. Borowski is very friendly and very hardworking. He has tried his best. Nevertheless, things are not running smoothly and reliably with the political agencies, unfortunately! But the German agency Pflegehelden is fair and tries its best to defy all odds!

A very good alternative to a nursing home. My mother didn't want to hear anything about nursing homes, they were out of the question. She wanted to be in her familiar surroundings and that's why we got support from Pflegehelden. The new carer is very dedicated and takes loving care of our mother. She does all the tasks and is very reliable. I can only recommend her

Problem-oriented , timely and reliable advice , in case of urgency even outside normal business hours . Mr. Borowski always had an open ear for wishes or problems and solved them in his binding and friendly manner always to our satisfaction immediately . Immer einen Ansprechpartner bei Rückfragen erreichen zu können, ist sehr positiv.
Die Absprache und Umsetzung möglichst kurzfristig eine Pflegekraft zu bekommen, hat mit Herrn Borowski richtig gut geklappt.
