The speed with which they responded to our request and our plight was sensational. The caregiver was there after a few days. And an absolutely professional, independent and energetic caregiver was sent right at the beginning, which is an enormous relief for the family!

Pflegehelden has no influence on the quality of the caregivers. As far as the bureaucratic, necessary paperwork is concerned, everything was in order, the Pflegehelden were usually easy to contact and the documents were mostly available quickly and correctly. Recommendation.

Wir schätzen die unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme mit Pflegehelden Wuppertal bei Fragen und Problemen, die schnelle Rückmeldung und die immer wieder gefundenen Möglichkeiten Probleme zu lösen, die zu Zeiten von Corona schon fast an Wunder grenzen. Die laufenden Informationen über die Änderungen als Folge der Beschränkungen in Zeiten von Corona durch E-Mails war professionell und gab Sicherheit in Zeiten von Unsicherheit.
