Phalanx GmbH was founded in January 2010 as a spin-off of a management consultancy. Many starting points for our customers resulted from the consulting. Therefore, the current owner Christian Neusser bought all shares of Phalanx GmbH in 2013 to realize his vision of a holistic consulting. The heart of the company is its holistic approach, which goes far beyond traditional consulting. Phalanx not only offers concepts and solutions, but also supports the complete implementation and financing of the business project. In doing so, the following guiding principle crystallized for the founder. Secure values. Finance growth. Establish foresight.
Today we advise corporate groups, owner-managed companies, banks as well as insurance companies and the public sector.
