Philipp Kemper is a very motivated person and trainer who really enjoys what he does. He brings this motivation to the training every time and manages to get you moving even on difficult days.
This statement may sound generic, but it reflects my experience very well and I can only recommend his fitness program accordingly.

Without reservation, I recommend Philipp Kemper as a personal trainer from Düsseldorf.
The online courses, which always take place on Mondays at 18:00, I find an ideal solution for me, especially in the pandemic time. Philipp designs his training individually and varied.
Philipp schedules 20 minutes for his online trainings and that is a short time out for me, which is effective. The 6 p.m. appointment is firmly marked in my calendar.
If Corona allows it again, I hope for personal one-on-one trainings again.

The online fitness course has the clear advantage that I can participate from home. The exercises are well explained and very well instructed. In addition, I can watch the trainer demonstrating in a video. The motivation is always kept up by Philipp. The only thing that is a pity is that I can't get tips on how to improve my posture during exercises. Of course, online there are limits somewhere. I definitely recommend the online fitness course.

Yeah ... but no, there should also be something meaningful here, which is reflected soberly.

On the whole, I am very satisfied with the sports program. The program is varied in terms of the exercises as well as the muscle groups addressed. For many exercises, there are also tips on how to make the respective exercise more difficult or easier through slight variation. Everything is generally very relaxed but professional; data protection information is given and the like.
From my point of view, there are deductions for the partly jerky/pixelated video stream. It's okay, but I would still like to see an upgrade (assuming the offer continues and develops a pay model). It would also be an advantage, or a welcome change, if there were live videos.

In summary, a very good offer for which I am very grateful. Just the right thing in the current time :)

The challenge was very well prepared. The two leaders always responded to the participants. Ideas were taken up and incorporated. The individual units were well thought out and there was never too much "homework". You can't do better than that.

I attended a one-day workshop on "How to de-stress myself" at the beginning of January. In the course of the workshop, all participants received many tips for e.g. progressive muscle relaxation, various sports and gymnastic exercises for the office, which subsequently enable me to make my everyday life more stress-free. Mr. Kemper is very competent and friendly. I would recommend working with him at any time.
