What was the starting position? I would say it was more a kind of emotional starting point. I'm still relatively new at Starke Erfurt. And the Pipedrive mailing tool is also relatively new. We always take an iterative approach to things like this.
And now, in addition to the normal customer mailings, we have also launched the topic of outbound mailings. However, the feedback we received from customers was always: "Yes, I didn't receive your email or it didn't reach me." u
And even after consulting our IT department, they always said: "Should have worked."
In short: We were faced with the choice of dealing with it ourselves. To place an even greater burden on our already overloaded IT. That's why we decided to start the project with Philipp from Mailculture.
