phonea is certainly not a good provider, almost every call is answered incorrectly: Names and companies are written down incorrectly and even customers and business partners come up to one wg. the strange call acceptance. But one thing it is: unbeatably cheap!

I have been using Phonea's telephone service for years. Now and then I also use the typing service. Both have always worked perfectly. The feedback from my customers has been consistently positive. My inquiries or requests have also always been answered or implemented promptly. Phonea is a great relief for my daily office routine.

At phonea, it is difficult to address callers individually. For example, if a customer or supplier signals when calling that we have the phone number and/or e-mail address and we already know what it's about, the phonea employee often insists on giving out the phone number anyway. This has a confusing effect on the caller and exposes the telephone service that has been booked.

There is no direct contact to the telephone support in case of queries. Usually you will be called back within a few hours. Sometimes this does not help with an acute problem. Concrete example: I could no longer access my customer account via the website because a banner from Proven-Expert covered the corresponding link button. Callback came only some time later. My workflow (I wanted to make settings on my customer account) was disrupted by this.

However, I would still recommend phnoea, because apart from the above-mentioned minus points, the service works very reliably.

We are very sorry that the customer felt this way. Our secretaries do their best every day to meet the wishes and requirements of our customers. It is a pity that we did not come together here. We have taken up the points of criticism and discussed them with our colleagues. Appropriate quality assurance measures ensure increased, sustainable quality.

The call answering staff basically do a good job with occasional mistakes. When it comes to them correcting these mistakes, things get rough. Due to a poorly noted call, we contacted call acceptance and pointed out this error; it took another 2 calls to correct. We were billed for these 3 calls in total, and immediately after receiving the bill, we objected and asked for correction. This has not been done to date. And although we paid the bill of the following month very promptly (everything was OK in the following month), a collection agency contacted us very quickly and wanted to collect our debt of about 7 € - with 10 times the fees. In contact with the owner we were allowed to find out that this was not a misunderstanding, but that this clearly corresponds to the owner's ideas on how to deal with customers. In the end, we resolved the cooperation, the collection agency it was probably also too silly to argue because of 7 € + fees and the case was settled there.
Based on our experience, we must say quite clearly: NO RECOMMENDATION!

Too bad for the rating... before an open payment goes to our collection service provider, a payment reminder and two reminders have already been sent to the customer. We are of course also interested in an immediate payment without upsetting the customer. But after more than 6 weeks of waiting with various reminders, unfortunately our patience is also exhausted. The customer could have contacted us at any time and talked to us about it.
