I attended a rhetoric seminar with Pier Niemann some time ago. It was very informative and entertaining, but at the same time didactically well prepared with theory part and practical exercises. Overall, the two days were very worthwhile.

I took the Relationship Skills in Business training with Pier. Very structured and factual process, yet the personal touch was not lost. I learned a lot of new things about myself that still help me today in my professional but also in my private life. In addition, I received super documentation from Pier so that I can look up my topic when necessary.

I had attended the seminar "Discovering Personal Presence" with Pier Niemann. It lasted two days.
They were by far the most instructive days of my life.
Yes, the "learning material" was valuable and one could acquire a lot, but it was much more Pier himself. He gives extremely strong impulses. Impulses for oneself, an extremely good pairing of content and incoming message. It has a lasting impact. Unparalleled. He conveys the core messages so skillfully and packaged that they unfold later and somehow unconsciously in oneself. And suddenly, at that moment, all the learning material is also in the memory. All the tools and the practiced applications are also ready to be called up.
And I have had dozens of seminars so far. Most of them on personal development. None of them was and is as sustainable and original.

Pier is authentic as a coach. A trainer who teaches communication and presence is authentic if he knows how to do it himself. He doesn't just tell theory, but at the same time shows practice. His voice, tempo, gestures and facial expressions. A charismatic person. Somehow something special. An impeccable overall package.

An absolute recommendation for all who want to find and develop their personality. Also for all those who do not yet know about their potentials and need a strong coach. Definitely not a standard number, but personal and individual guidance of the participants.

What I took away most at the time were the personal recommendations and assistance on the subject of exercises for voice training.

I had a course with Pier on "personal presence development" at Volkswagen. He is a personality that has always remained in my memory. It was a unique training in which Pier lured me out of my "comfort zone". He made the participants jump over their shadows in "surprise interludes". I always received direct and honest feedback from him, which strengthened my self-confidence. This training has given me a boost in my own personal development and confidence (especially when performing in front of several people). I am looking forward to further courses with Pier Niemann.
