We had PK Abbruch carry out the demolition of a detached house as well as the earthworks including the laying of cables in the outdoor area.

PK Abbruch is certainly not the cheapest provider on the market, but it does a really good job and, above all - in contrast to the competition - quoted transparently and fairly. If everything runs smoothly in the end and is carried out well, even higher unit prices are fine. Subsequent changes were also treated fairly.

PK Abbruch offers outstanding service above and beyond the usual level. Marco Tischner is easy to contact or gets back to you independently. He also provided us with help and advice on issues that we didn't really understand ourselves (e.g. utility applications, which line goes where). In order to make the house installation date possible despite delays caused by the cellar builder, work was sometimes carried out on Saturdays. Arrangements or personal appointments outside of normal working hours were no problem at all and were usually possible at short notice.

An absolute recommendation!

We have a crusher for the demolition material, so the old floor slab could be used as mineral concrete for the carport driveway.
When PK says they will come next week at 7:00 am, you can count on it
Cooperation with boss and workers was very pleasant, and the execution very satisfactory.

We have contracted the company PK Demolition for demolition of an old barn and asbestos removal. In addition, the company PK Demolition has carried out the complete earthworks, connection preparations, drainage pipes and rainwater cistern for our new building with basement on this site. The work was completed to our complete satisfaction. We can highly recommend the company with the owner Marco Tischner, very easy to reach and always had an eye on price - performance. The team has done the matters on time and 100%.

Absolutely professional separation of an 8 meter wide reinforced concrete balcony. After on-site inspection and competent advice super preparation and realization with consistently friendly and equally competent staff. The construction site was left as clean as it was found - it couldn't have been better.

Consistently competent and friendly employees who know their trade. All of the excavator drivers who worked for us are artists in their field, and the truck drivers also always maneuvered their semi-trucks into our not-so-easy driveway in a super way. A very good and also fast work performance was shown. Not to forget: A very pleasant and sympathetic boss, who is always approachable and calls back quickly if necessary.

Work was completed on time, professionally and cleanly. Deadline agreements were kept. Work was also carried out at short notice. Special requests were accommodated, extra work was completed quickly.

Direct contact was made with third parties to clarify open work between specialists.

We are very satisfied with the work so far and will definitely use PK Demolition again.

I come from the construction industry and accidentally became aware of the company PK Abbruch on the Internet. Already at the first appointment Marco Tischner convinced me of his expertise in demolition. The offer phase was fast, uncomplicated and goal-oriented. The company showed up on time according to the schedule and did a fantastic job in 3 weeks. Everything was super professional and went perfectly coordinated. The foreman was very good and Marco was also frequently on site himself. PKAbbruch has really inspired us. We are building a house for the first time, so we are by no means professionals, but the bureaucratic hurdles that you have to take alone when applying with the building authority are immense. Therefore, we were even more pleased that we found a very great, qualitatively very good and above all reliable partner in PKAbbruch, who did not cause us any additional headaches. Not to mention that the boss is simply a great and reliable person. He has his employees all under control and do a good job. I have spoken with 4 different companies in advance and compared, among them were very many that seemed very unserious to me, so I am glad to have made the right decision with PKAbbruch. PKAbbruch is located in Gnodstadt, our construction project is in the Main Taunus district and that was no problem for PKAbbruch because the company probably has some orders in the Main Taunus area. I wish all the companies we are dealing with at the moment would be as reliable as PKAbbruch, that would give us less gray hair.

The demolition date was announced on Friday 22 Febraur for Monday the 25th. Little preparation time. Good was the information that the Heragliedplatten may contain asbestos fibers and thus the Schrettern is prohibited. Ladder was the Holzcotainer one day too soon driven off and the rotten trunks of the liquid manure pit remained in Güntersdorf. It would be good if the shredding machine would pre-sort the debris with fine and coarse sand. Some iron parts were not sorted out by the machine. The performance was very good, no accidents, no broken parts. The lid that was crushed by the container was immediately replaced by a new one.

The demolition of our two 13m high concrete silos was mastered by PK-Abbruch. The silos were the first for the experienced excavator driver, but the man knows his trade. Concentrated and calm he has done the demolition in handumdren. Top company.
