As an HR manager, I know Praemontis through the outplacement & consulting services provided by our employees, who were offered career counseling as part of a restructuring process. The impression and feedback was consistently positive, as the employees felt very well advised and in good hands (anyone who is familiar with restructuring processes knows that it is not always easy from an HR perspective and that you are all the more pleased when colleagues have competent partners at their side who can prepare them for their next career step and also "cushion" them in this respect, because losing a job is never easy to cope with).

Ms. Bitsch and her colleagues (and also the very professional Bluedex team of lawyers) are very competent, trustworthy and, on the other hand, also very human and authentic. Their knowledge (which they also impart freely in their HR nuggets) is very valuable.

I can only praise the team once again and highly recommend them.

The HR Nugget webinar "Mental stress: Recognizing, Understanding, Addressing" and its participants, the topic has been presented very vividly. The trend seems to indicate an alarming development. Preventive measures and emotional support seem all the more important to me. A line manager should therefore also be open to this topic, promote a supportive working environment and be able to offer professional help if necessary.

The tips on how to present yourself to the outside world - in terms of CV, interviews, but also in professional networks - were extremely helpful. I got a lot of good food for thought and tips on how to do certain things differently (and it works!). A couple of years ago I had coaching with Ms. Susanne Bitsch after a complicated end of my professional career. The support around job search with valuable tips, also concerning application documents was very helpful and individual, friendly, at eye level and with a lot of heart and humor. I simply felt at ease. The coaching took place via live meeting and in Frankfurt on site, depending on the arrangement. I will never forget this valuable time. Ms. Bitsch always tried to make sure that I was satisfied when I left the consultation. I was always allowed to ask questions. The exchange was super exciting. At the end of the day, I have top application documents, was/am fit for job interviews and had regained some of my self-confidence. I also received recommendations from literature in personality development.
By the way, I did a part-time evening study, which I recently completed with success. Now I would like to take a new step in my career.

Susanne had obviously prepared very well and taken the time to look at our CVs etc in advance. This meant she was able to tailor the sessions to our needs, and offer us relevant, useful advice that was helpful for all of us, while still taking into account the individual requirements of each of our situations. I always felt able to ask any questions I had, and there were plenty of opportunities to practice what we had learned, and receive valuable feedback. I would wholeheartedly recommend Susanne to anyone who needs to conquer the job market and needs their confidence building first!

Dear Susanne,

I think I was one of the biggest skeptics at the beginning - I wanted a first appointment in Frankfurt, a reference person and I was still not sure if the investment was worth it. After the trip I can only say it was one of my best decisions to go this way with you. You not only accompanied me with professional advice, you challenged me in simulated interviews and you always supported me in the different situations of the application process. Also, the recruiters and consultants/intermediaries have always told me that my documents alone are absolutely top-quality. I am happy to pass on this praise.

Now that I will be starting something new in 2022, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for your support and guidance in my search. As so often in life - you start something with a lot of caution and skepticism and are sad at the end that it ends.
