I worked with Hannes on my blockages when riding my motorcycle. I wasn't sure why I had fears in the first place and we came to the conclusion that a previous event had led to the fears. With just one hypnosis session, Hannes Tiedens prepared me perfectly for two complicated wisdom tooth operations. The pain/cell hypnosis I underwent with him enabled me to regulate myself through the operation and convalescence.
It took away my fear of the operation and made the pain bearable. I just had to activate the anchors that we had set together in hypnosis.

In another session, Hannes Tiedens did the Simpson protocol with me. Here, too, I gained an enormous benefit for my further development. It showed me new facets of my personality and new possibilities for self-development.

Hannes Tiedens gave me a detailed introduction to the method and explained everything to me. I felt very well prepared. He radiates a sense of security and calm that immediately made me feel at ease. He offers a real safe space.
He was also available for me after the treatment for questions and reflection.

I have had several sessions - physical and online - with Hannes Tiedens using various techniques and each time I have come out of them satisfied, cleansed, centered, reflective and more developed. These have included hypnosis, EMDR, EMI and some within that with more expansion. I heartily recommend him, will always be happy to have sessions with him. I feel seen, empathically understood and at the same time honestly but sensitively directed into a new perspective. Both humanly and professionally I am absolutely convinced!

Thanks to the wonderful work of Hannes Tiedens, I was able to leave the chapter of anxiety and panic attacks behind me. I had such pronounced fears, could no longer drive a car and got, while I was sick with cancer, panic attacks with fear of death - especially at night. I was so skeptical about hypnosis and then hypnosis via online - I thought: "...and that should work?". After years of problems with insomnia, irritable bowel syndrome and mood swings, I decided to give hypnosis a chance. Despite initial skepticism, the results were impressive. After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms. Hannes' professionalism and empathy created an atmosphere of trust. Thanks to his expertise, my problems were solved in a short time. Currently we are working on the pain of osteoarthritis, which I have, and here too we can see great progress. If you are looking for a sympathetic experienced hypnotherapist with first-class results in cell hypnosis for physical problems, you are in good hands with Hannes Tiedens!cAt the same time he is extremely friendly, extremely empathetic and sensitive. I felt in the best of hands, safe and understood in every second.

Getting to know my "feel-good cells" was great. And also working with the cells that were just not so happy was an extremely interesting experience.

What was amazing for me was the strong connection between psyche and body and the visible positive physical changes after the sessions. I had come to Hanne's practice with the statement: "Either your hypnosis will help me or I will have to go to the hospital for an operation. The pain has also disappeared completely.

In addition, our sessions have also helped not only to improve contact with myself, but also to re-establish contact with my body. The body feeling in the affected area has totally changed, the inflammation has subsided etc.

Thank you very much for this, dear Hannes! I don't even know how to put my gratitude into words!

Hannes recognized my concerns immediately, without direct confrontation. So that it triggered in me a closeness and not a defensiveness. With a few sessions I noticed how I lost my exam anxiety. And in no time at all, after the second attempt (I failed the first one without Hannes), I had my motorcycle license in my pocket.
So many factors play a role, Hannes takes his time and works very professionally.

Mr. Tiedens is a very competent therapist, with a lot of knowledge and skill. He really took the time to have a detailed conversation at the beginning and was very responsive to my problems. The therapy was also very pleasant and successful. I will definitely go to him again and again for therapy. He was able to contribute a lot to my quick recovery after my accident. I was back on my feet in no time. Also pain technically I had so to speak (few times from 0 -10, when then still 1) no more pain.
