1 call - answering machine - callback - everything clarified. I called the online portal to clarify something related to the FFB, and who answered? Exactly, the answering machine. I hang up immediately and think: You have a question. I was just thinking about doing something else when I get a call. A competent PROfinance employee apologizes for not being able to take my call personally. He already had another call. My request was then taken and clarified with me. A detail that had not yet been fully clarified was discussed internally and I was informed by phone at short notice. Online portal??? That's how it works. Exemplary, I didn't expect it to be like this.

Finfire-Portal is certainly a good approach, but there are still essential elements missing so that users can record their investments there on a broad basis.

I switched to Profinance about 2 years ago because of higher refunds. I find it very positive that you can form teams and also bundle several storage locations yourself. There is no nerdy advertising here either. The provider is reputable and from the second full year I can track commissions (which are paid annually at the beginning of March) relatively accurately. It's a shame that there is no billing or quarterly payment, otherwise it's really great and everything runs smoothly!
