The initial contact was very uncomplicated via WhatsApp and Ms. Franke contacted us by phone the same day.
Ms. Franke was always courteous and empathetic and helped our son a lot from the 1st treatment. We were always taken seriously and never felt pressured into further treatment.

I needed help quickly at that time. Within a few hours I had my initial consultation. This was so wonderful as I was totally down and needed help immediately and not in 2 weeks or the like! Ms. Franke was absolutely the right choice for me. With hypnosis and talks I got out of my "deep hole" with fears, feelings of inferiority and aimlessness. And the great thing is that I know that if I stumble again, there is someone I can turn to immediately. I am very happy to recommend Ms. Franke.
