So far I have not dared to fasting. Thanks to Prolon, however, I have now done a five-day mock fast and I am soooo thrilled! The prepared boxes for each day made it very easy to handle. I didn't feel hungry either, because there were two warm and delicious tasting soups every day. I am totally thrilled and can only recommend it to everyone. You are rewarded with a new body feeling and a lot of energy.

I am absolutely thrilled and very grateful for ProLon! The food was totally delicious, I was surprised every time. Hunger was barely noticeable, maybe because I've been interval fasting for 3 months, 16/8. Since I'm very comfortable person))), handling was absolutely great for me! I have done mock fasting a couple times since I bought Valter Longo's book in 2018. However, I cooked everything myself, and of course that was not optimal and exhausting to do so))) Now there is ProLon finally, fortunately, also in Germany to buy (THANK YOU!!!). I have not lost much weight this time, only 1.2 kg, but felt - 10! This lightness and energy are fantastic! I went for a 5.5 km walk today and my husband said I was faster than ever! En big thank you for the email support! This has been so good! I will, of course, in 4 weeks again scheinfasten, for sure!
My expectations were met 100% and I achieved my targeted goals !!!!
What did I hope from the mock fasting?
In general, of course, like probably everyone, I wanted to increase my physical and mental well-being. In particular, I wanted to achieve this by significantly reducing my sugar, white flour, meat and caffeine consumption AND by establishing a new daily structure in my eating behavior, including a meal break of at least 12 hours, instead of the all-day "I-snack-me-through-the-day-and-night".
By having a set schedule for each of the 5 days, my daily eating structure problem was solved in one fell swoop and perfectly. By providing all the food for the period of the mock fast, including teas and drinks, my sugar, white flour, meat and caffeine withdrawal was also just as perfectly taken care of. And the desired food break (overnight) was by the program an absolute self-walker, since after the dinner evenly simply nothing more for the evening Knabbervergnügen was intended, and was with approx. 14 hr. clearly over my goal.
3 days after the end of the fasting, I still feel physically and mentally more than clearly better - in any sense carefree! And as a bonus disappeared still 2.5 kg body fat or 1.5 cm abdominal circumference, which would not have been necessary with my normal weight BUT of course looks very chic and may remain with pleasure (away)!
It would be a lie to say that the mock fasting would have gone completely without any discomfort for me, as if I and my body had never eaten differently. But to expect that would perhaps be like hoping that freshly brewed tea is not boiling hot. But the success was absolutely worth the effort! The slowly rising headache faded within half an hour on the evening of Day 2, after I resisted one last craving fantasy of an army of radiant golden honey toasts. After that, I found myself in a relaxed state of well-being for the remaining 3 days, the likes of which I have never felt for a very long time and in this form. And the evening "soul hunger" on the sofa for chocolate and munchies was much less than feared, and could be soothed now and then quite well by sugar-free chewing gum!
During the 5 days of fasting I used the time to clear out the fridge, pantry and my head. The compartments are now filled with vegetables, whole grains & Co. And in the head store well-being, verve and firm goals for a healthy diet including long food break overnight.
In any case, I will repeat the 5-day mock fasting with Prolon 2 more times in the next 2 months, as it was done in the Prolon study, in order to permanently maintain or even increase the acquired, so pleasant physical as well as mental well-being! In addition, I know myself and my "bad" habits that like to creep back in through the back door or to which I, for the sake of the "good" old days, even open the front door now and then - regular tutoring can definitely not hurt... ;-)
Fasting is made easy! The mock fasting with Prolon is quite easy to keep up, because it leads among other things structured and motivating through the 5 days. Competent, supportive, honest and very nice care, both psychological and nutritional!
I am worth it to myself and my health to renounce WITHOUT starving and I am really very glad that there is this possibility in this so pleasant form of fasting. The Prolon meals taste good to me. Highly satisfied I thank you and I look forward, at today's fasting end, actually already to the next common mock fasting!
We are interested in the Longevity research of Valter Longo - on the one hand out of our own interest, because who doesn't want to grow old as healthy as possible - and on the other hand for our patients, to whom we show possibilities to actively take their own health into their own hands.
And since own experiences are always most valuable, we pulled through the Scheinfasten week to third. The daily rations look a bit meager at first - but we all quickly got into it. The program includes everything you need for 5 days down to the tea bags - so the Orga is absolutely simple. Exactly the strict plan was very good for me personally - no thinking, just follow the plan.
The weight loss was different (but also not the only reason for the action!) - the front runner lost 4 kg! What was noticeable was the serenity that set in, good sleep (when we didn't drink too much tea too late - I'll have to remember that for next time). We have also become tea drinkers again since then - the coffee withdrawal caused headaches at the beginning, but they were gone after 3 days. Now we still drink coffee very rarely, because we don't want it that way anymore.
I myself, thanks to my Oura ring, have also gained insight into nightly pulse rates (become lower) and heart rate variability (visibly improved!). I am very excited about how quickly reactions have shown up here!
All in all, we found the 5 days very exciting and considered it a reset - for introducing a few more health-promoting habits. We will do it again in the fall at the latest! ... and of course recommend the ProLon week to others,

I liked the whole structure of the 5 days very much, followed by more information on how to continue the mock fasting sensibly and generally all the information about the program accompanied by a book. I was able to fully concentrate on my daily tasks during the 5 days and found an additional support through Prolon, which I never had before with normal fasting and thus an important gap could be filled with it.
I can recommend Prolon to anyone who wants to start a fasting cure with structure, without immediately stopping eating and unnecessarily starving.
All in all, I liked it very much and brought me new insights.
I did the mock fasting group online with Nicole Goldack Elfenleicht this week. It was a great experience and through Nicole I had a very professional support, which is also very charming. I felt well taken care of and now after 6 days I am fitter, more alert and 4 kg lighter. Also my knee pain has even reduced through the mock fasting. The only criticism for me would be the amount of packaging material. There I would wish me in this day and age a little more sustainability. I plan to do another mock fasting week in the fall!
I liked the mock fasting with Prolon very much. At no time did I have a feeling of hunger, the food was delicious and in terms of quantity completely sufficient. the information in the book and the brief instructions for the week great. In fact, this type of fasting can be easily integrated into normal everyday life without having to plan a week of vacation. Especially the accompaniment by "Elfenleicht" was a great enrichment, because you could ask questions at any time and get tips and motivation. There was always an informative exchange in the group. I would definitely like to repeat the mock fast in this form.
A very good cure to make a bowel cleansing and a good start for a change of diet. The effect of a healthy weight loss in just 5 days without starving, has also convinced me to repeat this cure at intervals.
I have done it twice now and both times I was thrilled especially by the easy handling, the given structure. And then the bomb effect for body and mind. Cool would now be a prefabricated program for afterwards...especially if you want to become slimmer in the long term.
I did the 5 day program to get my body used to less food intake, less sweetener/sugar and regular meals again. In addition, I wanted to relieve my bowels and also reduce my caffeine consumption. Why not do it all at once in a 5-day cure? And then even without tiresome shopping, making plans and thinking about what you could cook. The box came as called, all food for 5 days beautifully packaged in daily rations, with a clear guide. Even the tea was already there. So you don't have to go to the supermarket once in these 5 days and you won't be tempted.
Somewhat getting used to was day 1 already, for chamfered there was nevertheless relatively much food, hunger gave it also none. Day 2 was also great - I was especially looking forward to the bars, they were just delicious. On day 3 came slowly the headache and also my mood became worse as I saw there is again only soup. But half was already done :-) Day 4 started with a headache and I wanted to stay in bed, but one walk later I was fine again. Surprisingly, I was never really hungry, just craving something to eat every now and then. I usually eat extremely large meals and usually need a snack afterwards.
Day 5 - like day 5 ? Already almost over ? Joy and sadness at the same time, I will miss the nut bar.
Conclusion - great for all those who want to do something good without completely foregoing food. 5 days are over super fast! My caffeine consumption is almost at 0. I have stayed with tea and occasionally treat myself to a small coffee, so goal achieved. My stomach has also gotten used to the small portions, I am really full and satisfied faster.
I can recommend it to anyone, whether you want to lose 2 kg quickly, want to go on a diet or just want to do something good for yourself (intestines and soul).
Nearly 200 euros are indeed at first sight much, for it one needs in the 5 days only additionally tap water, for the remainder is completely ensured. I would do it again, for example, at the beginning of the year. After the holidays, then still 2 birthdays and New Year's Eve I feel usually sluggish and full, there 5 fasting days without much expenditure come exactly correct. So also super as a Christmas gift.
