My wife and I each needed a new pair of glasses. As a customer of Optikhaus Ranke, we have already had very positive experiences in the past.
This time, too, we got an appointment promptly, were greeted by Mrs. Ann-Kathrin Baeß punctually and very friendly and served professionally. Starting with the eye test, through the selection of the glasses frame to the information on progressive lenses, we were comprehensively informed and advised. All our questions were answered in a friendly and very professional manner. Pros and cons have been comprehensively explained and experiences have been passed on.
The glasses were fitted and handed over on time.
Were immediately satisfied and have enjoyed the new vision.
