The individual coaching with Kathrin helped me a lot to understand professional and personal issues on a deeper level. Looking back, I am very grateful for the many insights I was able to gain from working with Kathrin. Ms. Krügel picks people up where they are at the moment. Coaching opens up completely new perspectives. She looks at your own person from many different perspectives. You never lose sight of your own vision and professional focus. I think it's important to have professional support in such a process. Ms. Krügel not only benefits from her management experience, but also from her passion for dealing skillfully with precisely this target group. I was not only surprised by this management training, but was also able to find myself on a new course afterwards. I think the coaching is highly recommended for those who want to skillfully question themselves and take a new path for themselves. I can only warmly recommend this coaching to anyone and would advise everyone to do a private "reframing" with Ms. Krügel. Ingrained thought patterns are definitely turned upside down here. The space for new ideas is definitely expanded and questioned. If you want to spin a new red thread into the future through such coaching without reinventing yourself, this is the right place for you.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Kathrin as a coach. I was very impressed by her professionalism and empathy. She understood my needs and goals very well and was able to help me identify and develop my skills and strengths. Her methods were very effective and practical, so I made quick progress.

Thanks to the coaching, I got to know myself much better and developed personally and professionally. The coaching also helped me to improve my self-reflection and self-awareness, which helped me a lot when facing challenges.

Kathin's structured accompaniment of the reflection of my personal behavior patterns, my professional situation, my values and strengths, as well as her questions to find out and refocus on what is really important to me, helped me a lot. The conversations gave me courage and I came out of a difficult phase clear and strengthened. She creates an open and trusting atmosphere by sharing her own experiences as a highly committed manager and leader with her clients. In this way, she is a role model for me and the confirmation that I do not have to permanently live up to my own high expectations of myself and go beyond my limits as well as give in to constant pressure and expectations from the outside. Coaching with Kathrin has enabled me to take a big step in my personal development. Kathrin has an impressive perceptive faculty. She managed to recognize and formulate my inner conflicts before I even suspected them myself. Through goal-oriented reflection, I was able to question my value system with Kathrin and get to know it anew. During the coaching, Kathrin responded to my personality and was able to align her strategy in such a way that we were able to conclude each session with a realization that was important to me.
