As a travel agency, I arrange Hurtigruten voyages at the shipping company's original prices, which are updated daily. My customers receive the invoice from Hurtigruten and also pay the shipping company directly. I do not set the prices and have no influence on Hurtigruten's pricing policy.

The arrival and departure packages (incl. transfer & Rail & Fly ticket!) with the shipping company's flight are somewhat more expensive than the flights on flight exchanges on the Internet. However, you can be sure that you will reach the ship on time. If you purchase all services from the organizer Hurtigruten, the shipping company is legally obliged to ensure that the trip runs smoothly. This guarantee comes at a price.

This was our first time on a cruise and we were therefore a little unsure. Mr. Kock patiently answered all our questions.
If we sent questions by e-mail, we always received a prompt reply.
We were also very happy to have booked through Mr. Kock, as we had to make two rebookings with Hurtigruten and then did not have to do this via a hotline, but could contact Mr. Kock directly
We will therefore definitely book again through Reisebüro Kock if we ever travel with Hurtigruten again - which is very likely because we really enjoyed it.

We were extremely satisfied with the service provided by Reisebüro Kock. We particularly liked the competent, always friendly and detailed advice when planning the trip. The Kock travel agency was also available at short notice at any time (!) if there were any changes or queries about the itinerary. No questions were left unanswered! We have warmly recommended the travel agency to relatives and friends and will be very happy to book our next Hurtigruten trip through Reisebüro Kock ourselves. 👍👍👍
