Uncomplicated advice.
The hotel is to recommend everything available from sports to evening entertainment, service OK, food very good.
Not to recommend in the skin travel season for older, it could come to bottlenecks, dining room is not very large.

The hotel was in 3rd row directly behind a large hotel. To the beach about 300m over road and stairs. The staff knew almost only "No and here they are not allowed to stand/sit/etc". The evening meal was good and varied - the breakfast / afternoon very monotonous without variety. Hotel was clean and quiet. Room small.

We were totally satisfied with the advice and the handling. Unfortunately, our room was a disaster... but there we see the fault with the hotel or TUI and not with the travel agency.

Until now we have always been very well advised and all trips have always been optimal. We have never had any difficulties, either when booking or on vacation. Also, the bank connections to and from the airport were well chosen and organized. All around optimal!

Consultation was completely straightforward, printed out all paperwork, pointed out trip cancellation insurance, if we needed help with check in or ship manifest they would be happy to help. We were completely satisfied.

Very good and comprehensive advice and handling of all processes related to the trip (reservation of seats, provision of strollers in the hotel, room request, etc.).
The employees of the travel agency are the competent contact in all matters and every type of travel.
However, it is a pity that the Oberfell travel agency no longer works with payback.

We have only made a weekend trip to Lake Constance (2 nights).
Wanted was lake view, we have unfortunately only terrace view.
We were a bit disappointed and that the correspondence via e-mail unfortunately only worked with difficulty or was overlooked.

However, otherwise really super staff and recommended for longer trips.
For short trips we will save the 20 € processing fees and book the trip itself via a travel portal.

we had unfortunately reserved the airfields in advance have these but then not get on the outbound and return flight this has cost us per person per flight 50 euros..... :(
