Thank you - we family with 2 children! Paneurasia has booked for us the transfer Berlin - Kaliningrad - Berlin, the hotel in Kaliningrad, the flight Kaliningrad via Moscow to Krasnoyarsk and the return trip from Irkutsk via Moscow to Kaliningrad with hotel overnight stay in Moscow and has carried out the transfer successfully. As an additional treat, our suitcase was late on the last leg Moscow --> Kaliningrad. The "creativity center" Paneurasia of course brought our suitcase home from Kaliningrad. 100 extra points!

Everything worked out. We were super satisfied. The people we dealt with were very pleasant and there were always short and longer (bus driver) personal conversations.

The only minus: I like to travel by train. I can't go to Siberia and only fly. The short distance Krasnoyarsk Irkutsk must be at least by train. The family picks us up not at the airport but at the train station. This is a tradition. Unfortunately, we had to go to the competition to buy the train tickets. That also worked out. But maybe next time Paneurasia can also sell train tickets.

In Kaliningrad we were for the first time ... only for one day. Kaliningrad is definitely a trip for more. It is practically on Berlin's doorstep, is a trip for more because of its still clearly visible German past, Soviet architectural style, classic Hanseatic houses and modern Russian way of life. The view of the Curonian Spit from the airplane makes you long for a beach vacation in the Russian Baltic Sea.

I needed an express visa just before the end of the year and this was done by Paneurasia very quickly and without complications. Super advice and top service.

Personally, I did not have much time to take care of the visa, because the trip was planned quite spontaneously. After a short google I came across Paneurasia. I am usually always quite skeptical. So I called and was advised in a very nice informative conversation how the exact procedure is. So I sent an email request and received an answer directly. Today my visa arrived in time just a week before the trip. I am mega happy. It was a great relief of work and I could blindly rely on the travel agency.
