Ms. Dusek processed my request for our long-term vacation quickly and professionally. She compared all the providers and reserved the best offer for me in a way that I could understand. She checked on her own initiative why there was a new category in the resort I wanted and what it included. This travel agency doesn't just do the bare minimum, it does everything that needs to be done! I am very satisfied again, this is my 6th trip that I have booked here, but certainly not my last.

I would be pleased if a free text was also offered, with which one was not satisfied !!!
At the time I booked a trip, all "counters" were occupied and the different conversations led to the fact that I understood my customer advisor very badly, so there were some misunderstandings when booking a trip, which fortunately could be cleared up quite quickly, because as a customer you can now also look at your "own" screen and can follow everything very well, what is happening in the booking process ... !!!
