We received a very friendly welcome from Mr. Heinemann and were given motivated support. Our questions were answered competently and we were helped. Even questions that could not be answered immediately were asked and we were informed later. All in all, we feel that we are in good hands here and will be happy to book a trip through Reiseland Passat again.

Liebes Reiseland Passat Reisen Team,
ich bin jetzt seit Ende der 1980er Kundin bei Euch - damals noch Passat Reisen in der Gneisenaustraße in Kreuzberg - und der damalige Slogan "Wir wühlen wie die Teufel und beraten Sie mit Engelszungen" traf damals und trifft heute immer noch zu 100 % zu!
Marlies Koch hat damals aus dem Wunsch nach einer Venezuela-Reise, welche aufgrund einer Erkrankung meiner Reisebegleitung dann doch zu weit entfernt war, einen unvergesslichen Gomera-Urlaub gezaubert und meine Liebe für die Kanaren geweckt!
Inzwischen werde ich genauso perfekt von Sarah Lange beraten!
Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle vielmals für die stets sehr gute Beratung bedanken! Ich werde mich immer wieder an Euch wenden und wünsche Euch alles Gute!
