After I fell into a subscription trap with C-Date, they debited 597.60CHF from my Paypal.
After I learned from the support of C Date that you have no right of revocation here, I decided to go through the complaints center Switzerland. First they offered me a partial refund, which I did not accept and said that I would take legal action against them. With the letter that I received from Reklamationszentrale, I got the money back very quickly from Paypal and c-Date. THANK YOU DEAR PEOPLE

I was lured into a trap while browsing the website of "Liebe50plus" or date4friend AG Partnerschaftsvermittlung, registered for free and wanted to check first whether this chat is serious. As soon as I registered, I was asked by the chat employee to sign up for a VIP membership (premium membership). I tried to delete the request page to get into my profile and unsubscribe from the chat and delete my profile, but I did not succeed, because the request with the invoice amount for three months in the amount of CHF 299.00. blocked my access to my profile, so I could not unsubscribe myself and could not delete my profile. After only 24 hours of free membership, I tried several times to contact the chat operator date4friend and also the customer service of "Liebe50plus" to revoke or cancel the membership and delete my profile, but unfortunately my cancellation would not be accepted and I would be threatened with further costs for debt collection if I continued to refuse to pay the bill. I first contacted my legal protection from Orion and was wrongly advised. I contacted Reklamationszentrale on the Internet and they advised me correctly and confirmed that I was in the right. For only CHF 79.00 a lawyer wrote me a letter which I immediately sent to the customer service of "Liebe50plus" and date4friend and that helped immediately!
I received the confirmation of the termination of my membership with the user name Balu627 and the cancellation of all invoices in writing, my profile would be deleted.
I was overjoyed and soo grateful 🙏🥲 simply great!
But I also learned a lot, I canceled my legal protection insurance from Orion because the legal advice was simply wrong, and I will never again look for a friendship or partnership via the Internet. That was the first time and definitely the last time I tried it.
