We sold a property on the North Sea through RE/MAX with Mrs. Heike Günther as our agent and have rarely experienced such a committed and competent agent (we have already contacted several). At no time did we have the impression that we had to move quickly to get the commission. She accompanied us from day 1 to the notary appointment and also asked us from time to time afterwards whether everything was going to our satisfaction.
Should we ever need a real estate agent again, we would come back to RE/MAX immediately.

Once again, many thanks to RE/MAX and especially to Ms. Günther.

The contact and submission of the required documents went smoothly.
We received an email with an appointment for a viewing as quickly as possible. We even received a call back from Mr. Gezer to arrange an appointment, which is not a matter of course.
Mr. Gezer presented the property on offer to us in detail and we were able to get an explicit answer to our questions at any time. The contact with Mr. Gezer was extremely friendly and competent. Many thanks for that.

I bought a house through RE/MAX last year and was more than satisfied from the first inspection to sudden questions on my part to the notary appointment. Even afterwards, Mr. Bock and Ms. Reimers were/are available to me as contact persons for all house matters.

The contact was/is characterized by a warm, open, flexible, competent and friendly manner. Any questions that arose were answered very promptly, no matter when. As a customer, I felt/feel absolutely well looked after. I can only warmly recommend RE/MAX in the person of Mr. Bock and Ms. Reimers.

We got to know Ms. Günther as an extremely friendly and competent consultant. Especially due to the dementia of the seller, good nerves and a lot of patience were needed on the part of Ms. Günther and us as caregivers. Ms. Günther was available virtually around the clock and mastered all difficulties with a great deal of empathy and professionalism. She also stood by us during the clearing of the house, so that in the end, through the mediation of Mr. Pupkulies, we only had to pay half of the other offers. Mr. P. was also extremely friendly, committed and accommodating. In short, one can recommend the employees of RE/MAX 100%.
