Ms. Eglhofer convinces with a clear view of things and is able to respond very quickly to the individual situations of her counterparts. Her extremely high degree of empathy enables her to react quickly and in a goal-oriented manner to the issues at hand at any time, without losing focus on the basic idea of leadership. Especially valuable for me was the constructive processing of difficult situations within my work environment. Mistakes that were made were presented and discussed in an open and appreciative manner. As a result, I was often able to deal with similarly difficult situations later in a more objective and neutral manner and to avoid esacaltions.
