My basement in Bonn was cleared out today by a very friendly team, in the shortest time, carefully and competently.The inspection before, by Sergio and his colleague, was very timely after request.I am happy to know all the ballast disposed of professionally.Price / performance is great. I can only recommend the Rümpelmänner.

The order processing was problem-free and the communication was very good. Everything was carried out as discussed and the apartment was handed over broom clean. Also the price / performance ratio is right, the offer price corresponds exactly to the invoice price, so no hidden costs or other surprises. I can recommend the Rümpelmänner without reservation.

More than five stars deserved! Great compliment! A 250sqm house had to be completely cleared after a death. The property was not only very full, but was also clearly neglected in terms of order and cleanliness. As a client, I was overwhelmed with this. Wladimir Pfafenrot took away all my concerns in a first (free) viewing appointment. It almost felt too good.... :-) And he more than surprised me and us with the result! The house was cleared to the last grain of dust and (more than) broom clean handed over! Even the real estate agent who is now marketing the property was flashed and asked for the address of the RümpelMänner, because he had not seen such a clean clearance work! Top, top, top! And a very personal thank you to Wladimir Pfafenrot: always on time and above average reliable! Clear recommendation of this great team!

What impressed me very much and which I accepted very gratefully was the uncomplicated scheduling of appointments and apartment viewing and offer submission.
With all the work, everyone was very friendly and courteous.
The empty apartment was left in the best possible condition.
I thank you also on this way for the easy completion for me and the really good service and recommend the Rümpelmänner absolutely.

I would like to evaluate here the efforts of Vladimir Pfafenrot and his clearing men. They did an excellent job helping us with the apartment clearance of a deceased close relative. In a nutshell: Excelent, clean and fast work! Definitely to be emphasized and praised: The reuse of various items / furniture by distributing them to those in need, for example, Ukrainian refugees! We would like to take this opportunity to thank Wladimir Pfafenrot and his men from the "Gefährdetenhilfe Immanuel".

Service is really provided here! I had contacted other companies before the Rümpel men wondering if they knew I wanted to be a customer. Anton was on time, very thorough and really followed through on every single agreement. Since I could not be on site for the apartment liquidation, he made good suggestions on how we could handle everything and again, everything was done just so. My desired date was also implemented at very short notice by an extremely friendly team. Reliability/punctuality is very important here. Although everything was supposed to be removed, the workers always found smaller treasures in between that I had completely overlooked during pre-sorting.
