We are very sorry, we take your evaluation very seriously and have already tried to contact you. You had contact with an external call center, which makes appointments and the employee has probably announced your displeasure about the phone call to your colleague and forgot to hang up - because we are a serious company we do not tolerate such behavior! We have already separated from this call center and the employee has received a warning.

Nevertheless, we thank you for your feedback, only in this way can such issues be uncovered and ironed out.

Sehr gute Markt-Kenntnis sowie bessere Kenntnis über die Angebote und Strukturen der Bank, als die Bank selbst. Es wurden mehrere Angebote erstellt und wir wurden bis zur Auszahlung der Finanzierung von Hr. Diebold begleitet. Ich würde mich jederzeit wieder, über eine Baufinanzierung oder auch andere Finanzdienstleistungen durch Hr. Diebold und sein Team beraten lassen.
