We had a solar system installed by Röder Solar 8 years ago. From planning to implementation, everything was great. We never received the promised first free maintenance. Two weeks ago, our inverter had an error message and was not feeding in any electricity. We contacted Röder Solar immediately by phone so that a technician could perhaps take a look at the whole thing on site. Despite repeated requests, we never received the promised callback. We then sent our request again by email, asking whether they would carry out a repair, even if it might not work out immediately, but that we knew where we stood for the time being. I sent the email with a read receipt and to this day (over a week later) no one has even bothered to read it.
