Absolutely recommend! I was advised and supported with a lot of commitment and expertise in my start-up and business topics. I successfully completed my founder coaching with Tino in January. Everything worked wonderfully and also the funding of 70% went smoothly.

Tino is super sympathetic and really knows what he is doing. He has constructive ideas and suggestions for every problem and is always available with advice and support. We always had a lot of fun together and I looked forward to every single appointment. We were very flexible, which is very important for me as a full-time employee.

Even now after completing the coaching, we are still in regular contact.

I would really recommend the coaching to anyone who is seriously interested in becoming successfully self-employed.

Martin helped me to bring the necessary structure into the foundation of my practice, which I was still missing. The structure of the start-up coaching followed a common thread, which he customized for me. We formulated goals together and after each coaching session there was a series of tasks that I was to implement by the next appointment. This helped me tremendously to take one step at a time instead of being faced with a huge mountain of tasks and not knowing where to start.

Through the joint pre-founding coaching with Martin Stiffel from rückenwind Marketing GmbH, I was able to fulfill my wish of founding Strudelwerk. Martin is a professional, informative, competent coach in matters of foundation.
Also Martin is very humorous and always gives 200%. I have always felt safe. We went through all the important topics, as well as those that are necessary for a prospective start-up.

The motto is not only to set up a company the right way, but also to set it up successfully.
Because Martin is certified, I was able to take advantage of the HWK subsidy of 70%, and thus saved a lot. Together we built up the company Strudelwerk. Strudelwerk offers an online store that sends handcrafted, alternate strudel creations to your home, and office.
