I would like to give my unreserved recommendation for the clearing out company Rümpelz and the managing director Mrs. Munteanu. From start to finish the service was absolutely first class. Mrs. Munteanu personally took care of all the details and was always available to answer any questions.

The Rümpelz team is highly professional, efficient and meticulous. They exceeded my expectations in every respect. The clear out went quickly and smoothly and the team left the area in pristine condition. I was particularly impressed with the friendly and respectful manner in which the team dealt with my concerns.

Ms. Munteanu managed the project with remarkable competence and organization. She showed a high level of commitment and reliability, which is unfortunately no longer a matter of course these days. Thanks to her excellent management, I felt well looked after at all times and knew that my concerns were in the best hands.

I am more than satisfied with the result and can highly recommend Rümpelz and Ms. Munteanu. If you need a clear-out, you've definitely come to the right place.

Ms. Munteanu's professionalism impressed me from the very first phone call. This was followed by a very quick viewing appointment and I received an offer on the same day. On the day the work was carried out, all the employees were punctual. The apartment was handed over swept clean. All the employees were careful and competent. From the initial contact to the successful execution, everything went smoothly and without any additional queries. The offer contained a precise list of all the services required and the clearance of the apartment - consisting of three rooms, kitchen, bathroom, hallway and cellar - was carried out quickly and thoroughly in accordance with the offer. The final price on the invoice corresponded exactly to the agreed offer price. This is exactly how it should be. I would use this service from Rümpelz Team again at any time.
