I would like to give a special praise to the driver Mr. WITTIG, KTW. I have been transported 5 times by him in Rostock. He was always competent, courteous and friendly and always tried to organize the return transport quickly. I could even use him as a psychological advisor and he ultimately encouraged me to continue with my cancer therapy. High praise for so much empathy. Thank you for such a collaborator.

Negative: Questions very general! not necessarily comprehensible, especially missing in each case a button "Not applicable".
Positive: Deployed staff at the WOB site! Fears were immediately taken by extensive information about the procedure and how it continues afterwards. Top!
We have this morning ca.10.30 in Wolfsburg Autostadt about 5 min sat in the car and waited that someone comes. We stood with the car in front of the last container, because the way was blocked with pilons. After my husband went to the front container to ask when we come on, the colleagues were surprised, because a colleague was in the last container. He read the picture newspaper!
Very nice team, careful nasal swab for the child, precise explanation of how to proceed (Corona positive). When my car no longer started, I was helped directly and pushed. Unfortunately, this did not help and an employee fetched his car to give me a jump start. One rarely experiences so much humanity and unselfishness. High praise and many thanks!

The colleagues on site are polite, courteous, competent, quick and helpful, far beyond what one can expect from the typical staff of a Corona test center.
I would give 10 stars if I could.
