I came across Sabala's 21-Day Meditation Challenge by chance, and it was exactly what I had been looking for - without knowing it - for a long time.
Before this challenge, I was constantly stressed and my nervous system was extremely tense. I wanted to finally find peace in my head and learn to come to myself.
