Recommendation
Mr. Denecke advised us on the (possible) purchase of a property. A very sympathetic and above all professional contact. Mr. Denecke took a lot of time during the appraisal of the property and also during the subsequent discussion. He dealt with each of our questions in detail, pointed out deficiencies and consequential costs and also suggested solutions as to how these could be eliminated. He then prepared a detailed appraisal at a fair price. We can recommend him without hesitation and thank him for the good advice!

Mr. Denecke advised us on the purchase of a property and was very convincing with his friendly, open, honest and knowledgeable manner.
We were able to discuss our wishes, adjustments and measures directly during the joint property inspection and he pointed out deficiencies and explained possible solutions. Also whether something makes economic sense. Therefore, we can recommend Mr. Denecke and would contact him for further planning/expertise work.

During the purchase of an existing property, Mr. Denecke supported us with his extensive expertise, his many years of experience and high customer orientation with advice and action. During the inspection, he was able to answer all of our questions in great detail (even afterwards, Mr. Denecke was always available for further questions) and knew exactly which areas to look out for in terms of damage, defects and need for renovation. Since we have visited a property with a high need for renovation / refurbishment or have now purchased, Mr. Denecke's cost estimate of the individual measures was gold for us, because we as laymen only so could estimate what effort and especially costs in addition to the purchase price will come to us.

Due to a damp spot on the basement wall, I contacted Mr. Denecke. An appointment for the assessment was made very promptly. The repair and preventive measures against further damage were also carried out shortly afterwards. All work was carried out extremely professionally, cleanly and quickly. Mr. Denecke also takes his time and explains in detail what exactly is being done. On a personal level, I found the contact extremely pleasant and would call on Mr. Denecke's expertise again at any time.

Mr. Denecke provided us with expert advice in a complicated schmimel renovation near Hameln. The speed of response to all queries was particularly good, as we had a situation that did not allow any delay. His expertise was evident not only in his drafting, but also in his professional explanations on site. So, if you ever need an appraiser for structural damage and/or mold issues, Mr. Denecke is definitely the person to call. And, if you simply need a short telephone assessment from him, that is also possible without complications. With him you have a strong partner at your side.
