Ms Winkler was assigned to me as part of a program, so I was unable to form an opinion in advance.
I myself was in a very stressful situation at work, which was already having an extremely negative impact on my personal health.
After a few rounds of talks, we switched to private experiences in order to process the experiences that had occurred there and to improve my own self-confidence and self-awareness.
The approach seemed very strange at first, as it was not only based on conversations, but also on "regressions", which I was initially rather skeptical about.
Fortunately, I got involved and after a very short time I could already see an improvement.
We were even able to complete the process within the time frame I was given and I left the appointments with my head held high.
Due to certain triggers, the result remains upright and accordingly I have no choice but to give Ms. Winkler a clear recommendation.

At our health day, Sandra was able to give a lot of impulses on the topic of nutrition.
She designed cooking workshops and presentations very close to reality and practical.
Current and future topics that are becoming more and more important, such as sustainability, meat consumption, packaging waste, effects of sprays (organic qualities), etc. were also addressed in a neutral but realistic way, which in my opinion should not be suppressed and stimulates the health competence of the employees in many directions.
With cooking workshops, team building and cooking suggestions are combined in one package and also strengthens the cohesion of the employees to cook a good meal together.
With her friendly, motivating and convincing manner, she reaches many people in a credible and optimistic way on the subject of nutrition.

Overall, I find Ms. Winkler remarkable. I was particularly impressed by how quickly Ms. Winkler was able to adapt to me and my personal situation without being questioned in a questionnaire-like manner. With a remarkable wealth of competence, experience, friendliness and much more, I was made aware of my problems and at the same time shown possible solutions. In an equally friendly yet determined manner, we gradually implemented, discussed, evaluated and, above all, followed up on the solution approaches. All this happened at a level where I always felt understood. This collaboration has brought a lot of positive things (back) into my life. Some of the insights and tips from the meetings with Ms. Winkler are still with me today and with a satisfied and relaxed smile. I am still very grateful for this.
