I made it and got an electric wheelchair. The advice, service, helpfulness etc. was top notch and I'm very happy with it. The only thing I wasn't happy with was that I had to wait around 3 hours for a call back. In my opinion, this could/should have been quicker. It was just to clarify whether an electric wheelchair was available - yes or no. But never mind, I am now mobile and happy with the device and would definitely recommend Gebauer to others. Martina Z.

I have been receiving insoles from Gebauer in Wilhelmshaven for about 2 years and I am very impressed with the professional advice and production of the special insoles. Mrs. Krolicki has always found a solution and improvement for my particular problem. I would like to say a big thank you to her and her team. Despite all the specialist knowledge, cordiality, humor and friendliness never fell by the wayside.

All the staff are super friendly and competent.
You feel very well looked after.
As I often have to deal with the medical supply store because of my father, it's almost a family atmosphere.
As soon as you walk in, you are greeted in a very friendly manner.
I can absolutely recommend this place.

Here at the Wilhelmshaven office, we received a great welcome and our problem was solved immediately.

We are absolutely delighted with the service we received from Gebauer. Our daughter needed a corset due to her scoliosis and we felt that we were in the best hands right from the start.

Mr. Kaestner-Hunziger showed not only impressive expertise, but also remarkable patience and empathy in dealing with our daughter. Every session was characterized by friendliness and professionalism, and our daughter always felt comfortable and in good hands.

The custom-made brace made by Mr. Kaestner-Hunziger is of the highest quality and has brought about a significant improvement in our daughter's everyday life. We would also like to emphasize the comprehensive advice and detailed explanations at every step of the process.

We can highly recommend Gebauer and Mr. Kaestner-Hunziger and are very grateful for the positive experience we have had. Thank you very much for your outstanding work and dedication!
