Ms. Michalik has been accompanying my teenage son for a good two years in his search for identity and in his fears. Ms. Michalik is very empathetic, transparent, motivating and works in an exemplary manner with other professionals involved as well as the school and parents. Even in emergencies, she is always there to accompany and support.

We are extremely grateful to have Ms. Michalik as a reliable and extremely competent psychologist. A real stroke of luck! 100% recommendation 😊

Very exciting content, great presentation! With exercises you could actively deal with topics and rethink and reflect on your own consulting style. Your preparation and the design of all units were excellent! You influenced the positive group dynamics in a profitable way, so that personal sensitivities could also be addressed thanks to an open atmosphere. I was allowed to experience Sara and Peter at a further training and without exaggerating just a bit I can say that I have probably never experienced and learned so much input, competence and versatility from lecturers. The couples counseling seminar was highly exciting and professional, the deep dive into various topics was immensely valuable, the practical applications very helpful, the humor often made us laugh and the closeness and transfer to everyday practice could not have been better.

The two of them drew from their wealth of experience and knowledge and did not hesitate for a second to pass all this on to us willingly. What impressed me the most was that they conveyed to us without any restraint and with an open heart what resonated most with you after years of experience with clients, was most effective and really constituted the essence. For this I am immensely grateful and consider it a great gift.

Thank you very much for the two instructive and valuable seminar days at the ILT. I have already been looking forward to these seminar days since 2021, in which I again got extremely many tools of the trade and practical tools at hand. Sara has a high level of expertise and a very creative way with which she conveys her expertise in a pleasant way. Very good mix of theory and practice. Thus, the seminar days - very varied and provided with a pinch of humor - were absolutely perfect!

Thank you very much Sara for two course days from which I can take a lot with me. You are a very competent, lively, experienced and creative lecturer. Through the many practical examples, the lessons are very authentic, tangible, not boring for a second (i.e. never dry theory) and therefore very transferable. Your open, positive and agile manner creates a pleasant seminar energy. I also found it nice and sympathetic that, in addition to the lecturer, there was also room for private and human aspects (e.g. emotion allowed "nail studio" and others). I liked the imagery very much. To stay in the mountain metaphor; thanks again for the creative backpack filling👍😊 love greetings Bettina

In just a few sessions we got good and helpful approaches and tools to untie the knots in our relationship. From the beginning we felt comfortable and understood with Mr. Michalik because of his empathetic and competent manner and so we immediately had the feeling "this is going to be good". Both my partner and I are very grateful, because we as a couple are doing much better and together we look very confidently into the future.
