Mr. Sadeghian provided me with extremely competent and reliable advice and guided me through my loan process. As I was a complete newbie, I had many questions and was glad that Mr. Sadeghian was reliably available and approachable here. The documents for financing were not easy to obtain due to my still somewhat new professional situation, again the explanations and advice helped me a lot. The financing went through the first time, so a complete success and Mr. Sadeghian as a consultant and mediator absolutely recommendable!

A very friendly, honest and likeable person (consultant). In addition to the technical competence and know-how, we particularly liked the humor and manner of Mr. Sadeghian in all meetings and telephone calls.

We have received many useful tips and advice not only in financing, but also in general when buying a property. Mr. Sadeghian took a lot of time for us and answered all our questions. Our calls and emails were answered in a timely manner. All opportunities in the financing have been clarified or settled correctly and quickly especially in the current difficult times and situation in the Corona pandemic by Mr. Sadeghian.

We finally found a property after two years and got it financed with very good conditions thanks to the good selection and work of Mr. Sadeghian.

Therefore we recommend Mr. Sadeghian and would like to thank him for his support and the good cooperation.

Mr. Sadeghian is a very sympathetic and friendly consultant. In the first appointment, he already picked out the bank with the most favorable interest rate and then also really took care of everything. We only had to bring the necessary documents, sign a few papers and then just wait for the mail from the bank. That was it. Great service! We would be happy to recommend it to anyone.
