SAW provided a descriptive and thorough presentation of the property for sale. Responded to the ideas of the real estate seller by waiving a risky extension of the offer period, even if this meant that only a minimum commission could be achieved. Understood to organize a notary appointment for the conclusion of the sales contract on short notice.
