1. the preliminary arrangements (sale and planning of the house by the architect) were positive.
2. the implementation of the construction schedule, i.e. the coordination between the delivery of the materials, the execution of the work and the supervision by the site manager worked well.
3. we would have liked better coordination of the services offered between Scanhaus and the subcontractors. Our subcontractors (e.g. the plumbers) rejected minor changes which, according to the architect, should have been discussed on the construction site, or changes which arose during the construction phase.
4. we had no access to the house during the installations and therefore had no way of documenting the subcontractors' work, e.g. the laying of the water pipes or the electrical wiring. As a result, there were uncertainties about where drilling was allowed when hanging the inverter in the HWR.
5. we didn't think it was fair that subcontractors could charge for their services according to their ideas, e.g. an additional socket cost €64 and you had no choice but to pay or make do with the few sockets specified by Scanhaus. Subsequent installation is not possible.
