I have bought several lock cylinders at the key bean. One cylinder has caused problems. The complaint was processed immediately. Since the cylinder still hooked after the first touch-up in installed condition, I asked for help again and this time even the boss contacted me personally. Based on a video of the error and a description on the phone, the error could then be fixed. A key was then lost in the mail. This was also immediately replaced free of charge. Conclusion: I would buy here again.
