His confident and engaging presence, combined with his ability to tailor the content to our specific leadership challenges, made the sessions highly relevant and impactful. Vielen Dank für das Training! Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass wir nach unseren Erwartungen gefragt wurden und der Inhalt anschließend entsprechend angepasst wurde. Darüber hinaus ist Sebastian Pflügler ein exzellenter Kommunikator. Die Zeit verging wie im Flug, und der teils humorvolle sowie informative Ton wurde von mir sehr geschätzt. Besonders gut fand ich auch, dass das Training interaktive Übungen beinhaltete, die einen partizipativen Ansatz förderten.

The many practical exercises were very helpful and so the theoretical knowledge could be directly applied and consolidated. Sebastian Pflügler was an extremely good trainer who provided an excellent training experience.

Perhaps in the future additional passages can be included in which a discussion situation is analyzed together in plenary or best practices are shown.

I thoroughly enjoyed the seminar and gained valuable insights. Much of what was taught—particularly about communicator types and the concept of inner clarity—resonated with my everyday work.

On the first day, I would have preferred a bit less theory and more practical exercises, as they help me stay focused and engaged. Additionally, having a clear agenda with scheduled break times (e.g., fixed coffee and lunch breaks) and visible reminders of the schedule each time we start the day or return from breaks would be beneficial.
