Inquiries were answered within a very short time. That's what I call perfect customer service.
Mr. Koch made the almost impossible come true and got my old Acer laptop working again. I would not have thought it possible, but Mr. Koch has done it despite the procurement problems with spare parts. The laptop works again as before.

Right from the start, the advice was open, competent and not geared towards "profit at any price". For example, I was advised against having a certain technical device repaired at all.
The actual order (error analysis of an external hard drive with subsequent data recovery) was carried out quickly and the result was safely returned to me in the best possible quality (recovery of all data - several hundred MB - from a severely damaged hard drive) with an above-average price-performance ratio (the emotional value is not yet mentioned!).
Fairness and professionalism seem to be very important here and are actually lived.
For IT problems from now on address and recommendation number 1!

Super friendly service at a fair price. My laptop was repaired from "won't boot" to "faster and more reliable than before" in a very short time. All data was saved and all improvements and costs were explained to me in an understandable way. Thank you very much - I will be back.

Not cheap but honest, friendly and damn good!
First the negative who is looking for a cheap dealer / service provider will not be happy here. So I have paid for the SSD hard drive just under 80 euros on the Internet you get this already for around 50 euros. But the electrician is unfortunately with cable / plug, etc. also so.
But now to the much more important the work. I had my system already at another dealer in Überlingen this could not help and has me after paying the bill in the rain stand. Mr. Koch took care of my system quickly and after less than 6 hours the device was ready. The agreed price was kept and a cleaning was also included. Therefore I can really recommend See-IT!

I've been a customer here for several years and have had several different devices from my family serviced and repaired. I especially like the fact that nothing is talked up. Some of my acquaintances are also customers here now and all are satisfied.
Thursday late afternoon appointment, Friday morning diagnosis and proposal to fix the total loss, Friday 1PM a used replacement unit with full data set was available. It could hardly be better, I think.
Unfortunately, performance has its price, which means that if you are looking for a cheap IT service, you won't find it here.
Who is looking for a PC professional who helps and honestly advises must go here. I have never been so comprehensively advised without the feeling of disturbing or annoying. Thank you!
My iMac was equipped super fast with an SSD hard drive and more memory, and it was cleaned from the inside and the latest software installed. I had another computer specialist make me an offer in Singen and with Mr. Koch it was over 100 euros less.
