Unfortunately, I have desired vehicle not received and only on request learned that the vehicle was already sold on the transport.
I had Saturday made my request online and Monday at noon was still offered online. Only after my call I was told that the vehicle was sold.
The car purchase did not come about because of Mr. Grätz, but because the vehicle, despite good equipment, shows clear signs of use, especially on the outside, and the service should have been taken over by the customer.
My request for a written offer and the written confirmation of a requested appointment for a test drive were not responded to in a customer-oriented manner. Obviously, their own needs are more important than those of the customer. There is still much, much room for improvement here.
I would definitely recommend Mr. Grätz to others, because he doesn't give me the feeling that he is only concerned with sales, but just as much with customer satisfaction (open cards). He immediately builds a level with the customers.
At the 1st car purchase I was already very well taken care of and now at the 2nd purchase as well.

See I sit and live in Berlin and find my car in Bavaria and then the questions (have in my 46 years of life ) never carried out the sales process of a car purchase alone and confess am uncertain, there I find this dynamic, forward-looking - very customer-oriented Mr. Grätz, who listens to my questions, chatter and uncertainty, gives hints and tips, enlightens me and does not press a purchase too quickly to wind up, that is already a bull's eye and then the product and the company Sixt itself also. But you need such personalities as a company to make customers happy and write good figures.
So for all THOSE who want to buy a car, I recommend Mr. Grätz and since I personally am very reluctant in terms of assessments and reviews, but here really can only say with the fullest conviction - again and again, great advice, great foresight and clarification of all phases of the sales process...and very great employee. Thank you very much.
Her Grätz war super nett, kundenorientierte, zuvorkommend und sehr professionell. Sehr gerne wieder. Leider hat die Übergabe, welche nicht durch Herrn Grätz stattfand, hat das Bild etwas getrübt. Unterschreiben, draußen warten, Auto abgestellt und nach einer Gesamtzeit von nicht mal 10 Minuten wieder weg. Ich hätte mich sehr über eine kurze Einweisung, ein sauberes Auto, Kopien der Unterlagen ohne Nachfrage und etwas mehr Zeit sehr gefreut. Vielleicht wäre es besser gewesen auf die Rückkehr von Herrn Grätz zu warten 🙂
Die Möglichkeit einer Reservierung war TOP, die Kommunikation verlief schnell und reibungslos, der Kontakt in Garching verlief sehr gut, problemlose Vertragsabwicklung.
Es war nicht mein erster Gebrauchtwagenkauf - aber diesmal war ich positiv überrascht, Lob an sixtcarsales
