Recommendation
First of all, it was made clear that such (water) damage to the apartment can always occur and that it is nothing special. That was a reassuring factor. It was also very pleasant to know that background tasks such as hiring competent craftsmen would be done without any intervention on your part and that all the necessary regulations for the insurance claim would be adhered to. This all seemed to go very smoothly, so I have nothing to complain about.

Ich hatte in meinem Objekt sogar zwei Schadensfälle zeitgleich und wurde zu meiner besten Zufriedenheit dahingehend begleitet, bis alle Schäden reguliert wurden. Emails wurden fachlich kompetent, prompt, aber auch sehr freundlich bearbeitet/beantwortet. Beim SHL-Versicherungsmakler fühle ich mich super gut aufgehoben.
