I had a very nice salesman with great advice regarding my search for a used car. I had already picked out a few cars online and was also open to other cars. The salesman dealt with my many questions really well and wasn't annoyed by me - something I've experienced before when looking for a car. I found a car and the agreements that were made were kept. I am very satisfied and the choice to buy an Opel Astra from Sieber was a very good one.
The only thing I have to criticize is the parking situation in the parking lot at Sieber and I hope that something will change. I'm thinking of the workshop appointments for servicing and hope I can find a parking space then.
I am very satisfied with the staff at the dealership. Only the prices for spare parts and customer service are outrageously expensive. Some spare parts are cheaper for the Mercedes than for the Astra.
Unfortunately, the car was only partially checked and cleaned before delivery. The reversing camera was cloudy and the tire pressure was also not checked and was far too low.
The advice provided by Mr. Behrends deserves special mention!
I have rated the handling alone as "satisfactory".
But that has nothing to do with Mr. Behrends.
Rather, the parking facilities are terrible! It is not possible to find a parking space close by.
A friend of mine also wanted to buy a KIA at FA. Sieber. But he decided against it because of the miserable parking situation!
The offer stated that the Mokka has automatic start/stop. It does not have an automatic start/stop system. It should only have 163 g CO2 emissions. According to the Hsuptzollamt it has 185g in the vehicle tax assessment. After changing the tires and not even 650 km driven, the oil seal on the right drive shaft is leaking!??? The reconditioning leaves something to be desired. I spent 3 hours there myself and made the car really shine. We know that things are going haywire with you. But it shouldn't become a habit. We are completely satisfied with Mr. Tobias Berends. And have discussed the things described. Always happy to be customers again. Mfg. Martina and Mario Mainka / Mai- MM 236 and KEH- MM 298. ;-)
I have been very satisfied with the advice of the car salesman Mr. Stiller for years. He responds to my wishes and ideas and takes enough time to process the contract!
Opel today has changed fundamentally in a very positive way as a result of the merger under Stellantis.
The e-Corsa has an above-average quality appearance and drives like a small sedan.
Mr. Rösch in particular has shown above-average commitment and maintained very close customer contact during the long transition period from order to delivery. His competent and very friendly manner made this first purchase a positive experience for all of us.
