Simone explained to me within an hour what I had annoyingly failed to understand elsewhere in 6 months. The reason: she not only told me how to proceed, but also used helpful pictorial metaphors to help me understand and oriented herself precisely to my case study. As a result, her support was tailored to my individual needs. She also plausibly explained the mechanisms as to why one strategy or another should be chosen and did so in such a pleasant way: I would have bought my offer from her straight away! :D
True to the motto: people don't want to be sold anything. They want a reason, security and connection.

I was able to see Simone's presentation at the HerCareer fair. In it, she motivated the audience to share courageous moments from their working lives. Afterwards, I had the opportunity to speak with her personally and to talk to her on the phone - here she met me openly, honestly and at eye level. She advised me in my situation / gave impulses without pushing me in one direction, which I found very pleasant.

Simone Allard's workshop was very informative, entertaining, and enriched with humor and easy-to-understand everyday examples. Ms. Allard thus managed to master the balancing act between the different levels of prior knowledge of an audience unknown to her and to pick up everyone and take them along with her.
Everyone was able to take away information for themselves, and Ms. Allard willingly answered the questions of the participants and was able to make even complicated issues accessible to everyone with simple examples.
Not only theoretical knowledge was imparted, but also many clues were presented that have practical value and can really be implemented. The workshop content is well suited to encourage further reflection among the participants.
