Herrn Schmitz vom Sparkassen-Immobilien-Service habe ich als äußerst kompetenten, stets freundlichen und zugewandten Makler erlebt. Er war immer direkt erreichbar, beantwortete geduldig meine Fragen, erklärte mir nicht verstandene Zusammenhänge und nahm mir dadurch jegliche Unsicherheiten. Anfang Januar führten wir ein erstes Gespräch, danach wurden Fotos gemacht und das Exposé erstellt. Ende Februar fand der Notartermin statt und die Wohnung war verkauft. Ich bedanke mich ganz herzlich bei Herrn Schmitz und kann ihn und den Sparkassen-Immobilien-Service absolut weiterempfehlen!

Of course, I would first like to mention the rapid success of Ms. Tietze's work (2 months after the assignment).
I would like to emphasize the very good personal contact with Ms. Tietze, who understood very well how to respond to possible wishes and ideas.
As I found out during the discussions with Ms. Tietze, she has a lot of experience and was able to quickly give me a realistic assessment of the sales opportunities.
I found it particularly positive that Ms. Tietze always thought along with me, without the need for any special input from me.
All in all, Ms. Tietze was very committed to the sale of my apartment.
