A queen wasp was building a nest in our garage directly above the door lintel. After intensive internet research, we thought it made sense to call in a specialist company and decided on the Skor company. We were not disappointed: after a brief description of the situation on the phone, we immediately received an appointment at noon the following day; we almost managed to get an appointment on the same day, but it turned out that the employee in question was already too far away from our address. On time, a very friendly employee appeared on the following day, determined the wasp species, explained to us some more contexts and then agreed to relocate the queen wasp and her nest to a forest far enough away. We also experienced a nice surprise when the invoice was issued: since the nest was still small and the effort was less, the invoice amount was a good third less than the fixed price previously quoted by phone.
Our conclusion: more than fair pricing, courteous, friendly and competent advice and service, quick response and punctual execution - in short: unreserved recommendation!
