There are a number of software solutions available to immediately familiarize the operator with the most important mission information, but we wanted a system that was tailored to our needs. The most important points for us were:
- The system works in normal operation without manual intervention (printing, routing, switching screens on and off).
- The system is easy to use (add new rosters, new vehicles, etc.)
- The system is continuously expandable (additional screens, additional tablets, etc.)
- The system allows interface with existing systems (website ...)
It was especially important to us to be able to continuously adapt the system to changing times (new end devices, improvements from ongoing operations, etc.).
We were able to have software developed here that can do exactly what we want and need.
Functions, which we do not need, were simply not built in and thus an intuitive operability could be achieved.
As a component of fail-safety, it was important to us that the software monitors end devices such as printers and notifies support in the event of problems.
The easiest way would have been to buy something off the shelf, but through the very professional consulting and implementation, we were able to integrate a system that supports us optimally.
