Price-performance ok. All "administrative work" was taken over by Tappeser. I only had to enter my personal details. So I can say that the customer is not burdened with bureaucracy. I would not have understood some things without further ado. It's unbelievable what is demanded of the companies and possibly also of the operator.

I am absolutely delighted with the Tappeser company. If you prefer an experienced team, you've come to the right place. Unfortunately, I had to wait a few months for the installation, but this was due to delivery problems with the individual components and Tappeser's busy schedule. The installation date is only confirmed once the material has been delivered and deposited in the hall, which I think is really good. Everything TOP !!!!!

Thank you for the good rating, we are particularly pleased because the customer is over 80 years old and praised us enthusiastically on the phone today, I assume that she asked her grandson to give this rating. So an online evaluation is also possible for the older generation with the help of the family. The grandson also helps with the registration. So the project is also a family project, thanks also to the grandson! We were particularly pleased with today's call, as some of my employees were still here in the warehouse and were able to listen in on the conversation. The plant built at the end of 2019 has more than exceeded my expectations in terms of operation and yield. The professional advice is second to none. The consultation was very good overall. Despite a very long waiting list, the estimated date was met exactly. The execution ran flawlessly and without problems, which was also largely due to the well-rehearsed team in the assembly. This made it possible to complete the project in the shortest possible time with the desired result. And last but not least, we would not like to forget the people in the background, who guided us with their experience through the bureaucratic jungle.
