I found the law firm on the Internet and simply contacted them. One of the lawyers called me back the same day. After taking a long time to deal with my concerns, I was given an initial consultation. Everything went smoothly and to a high standard. Before I registered my trademark, the law firm created a search portfolio and we discussed the opportunities and risks of similar trademarks together. The costs were transparent right from the start and they also responded very quickly to my emails and queries. All in all, really highly recommended.

We received a warning letter from a renowned law firm regarding a trademark matter and then contacted the law firm. Already in the first meeting, we were comprehensively informed about our chances of success and received suggestions for possible courses of action, for which we are very grateful. We also particularly appreciate the pre-defined flat fee, which offers us a predictable cost structure.

One aspect that we believe offers room for improvement is communication. This is by no means inadequate, although we have found that it can be challenging to contact the lawyer in person again. However, it must be emphasized that e-mail inquiries are always answered promptly and professionally.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the services provided by your law firm and would definitely come back to you in the event of further warnings.

I received a free (!) initial consultation due to an online fraud and resulting problems with my credit card provider from Ms. Ermshaus. It was very quick - from the request to the call just one hour. The information was very good and in such a way that even I, as a layman, could understand it. Many thanks for that. Also the honest information that no better result can be expected from litigation was great. That is serious and great. I would contact the law firm again at any time if I had problems of this kind and can really recommend them without reservation.
